Enhance your personal faith and learning journey

We all need consistent, life-long catechesis to grow in our relationship with God and as adults, the pressing need for ongoing adult faith formation is important in order to remain true to our purpose in life and to more completely understand how to live out our Baptismal vows.

At SEC, we offer a Spiritual and Renewal Faith Day of learning, reflection and growth. We have a wide variety of topics and formats to offer that are mostly facilitated by Cris Smith.

This day is an opportunity for each person to foster and to enhance their Catholic beliefs , spirit and traditions and to recognize how we are called by name for some special purpose.

All of our topics and formats are designed to help lead everyone into a prayerful reflection and an examination of faith and to enhance their personal faith journey.

Along with a broad range of topics and formats, we also offer a range of workshop and retreat days available to choose from, such as a one-day retreat or a one –two day workshop. During any one of the Faith Day options you choose to attend, rest assured that every person will experience personal reflection time, common sharing and discussion, a meal and prayer.
